50 Years of ALDE Party: Our Liberal Journey

The ALDE Party has the honour to invite you to the official opening of our exhibition marking the 50th anniversary of our European liberal family.

This anniversary event will centre around the exhibition which reflects on half a century of liberal action. From 1976 to today, these images celebrate the people who brought our shared history to life.

Join us for the official opening of the “50 Years of ALDE Party: Our Liberal Journey” by ALDE Party President Svenja Hahn MEP on 25 March 2026 as of 18:30 at the ALDE Party headquarters at the Liberal House, rue d’Idalie 11 in Brussels.

The exhibition retraces our shared path through a set of powerful images. From the foundations of a liberal Europe to the first European elections, to the defining moments when liberals stood up for democratic freedoms and human rights.

The event will be followed by a reception.
